Before you return our product, please take a moment to understand how our products are hand-crafted by traditional craft personals in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
We at Radhakrishna Apparels LLP want you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand that sometime products may not fit, may not suit you or just may not make you gasp with happiness. If delivered product does not meet your expectation or doesn’t fit well, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. We take pride in our product quality and strict quality control, but since your satisfaction is our utmost priority we are happy to offer you with our refund policy.
Here’s our refund policy process:
- You can return items after sending mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product at your place. We have a friendly customer service; and our merchant service will send appropriate person to collect the same. We are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us, and describe the problem in the mail with the return reason along with your order number and the related SKU number.
- If your product arrives damaged, please help us by sending clear photos with the defect for each affected item, including the item’s packaging and the delivery box.
- If you have chosen the wrong size/color or does not like the item (item is not faulty), we’re happy to allow return once we receive all information as mentioned in point 1. You’ll only need to pay the shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- Despite our strict Quality Check procedure in exceptional cases, things happen… If the item you have received is incorrect or if our size is wrong, please kindly follow the steps:
– Wrong items: please send us photos of the item and packaging and labels of the product you have received.
– If you have purchased the wrong item or chosen the incorrect size, please inform us. We will allow you to return the product back to us for a product value refund or exchange. You’ll only need to pay the shipping costs for returns.
- Please contact us to obtain the return address with your return reason (as per Point 1). Please do not send back your item(s) until you hear from here us.
- Please return item(s) in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled or have been altered in any way or do not confirm to the above will not be accepted.
- Please ship the parcel via registered courier service provider so that your item can reach us easily. DO NOT return the item with shipping methods not approved or assigned by us.

- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped out, please kindly contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
